We didn't get a "new" filler done for today but Katie, our resident CG'r colored Wednesday's sketch for you all to enjoy!

Friday at last! w00t!
This has been one of those weeks that really tired me out. I'm finally doing more at work than just making copies for 8 hours straight, which is definitely a good thing. I also finished writing chapter one of the version 2 in scripted form, so Aponce and I have been going over some things. Aponce wants to do filler type comics so that he can practice the characters, so if you have an idea for a mini comic you can email it to him or post it in the forums.

I'm looking forward to the weekend. But it's not all fun and games. I might be moving soon so I have to go to the showing of the new place at 10am Saturday morning.

After some trickiness on my part I was able to get a copy of the re-release of Ocarina of Time for Game Cube. I had reserved the new Zelda at Toy's R Us, but when I went to pickup my free bonus disk, they told me they were out. Not only was that Toy's R Us out, but every Toy's R Us within a 50 mile radius was out as well. Stupid Toy's R Us's... You're off my good list.
I ended up having to go to the mall and reserve the game again at Sam Goody, where they still had several copies of OoT. I'm diggin the game, especially since I don't really remember how to get through most of the puzzles.

I still haven't beaten Metroid yet though...

And don't forget I'll be at Sakuracon this April. Hope to see some of you there!

This is my first rant ever, so please bear with me as I get used to this.  I've been staring at the monitor for over two hours now, trying to find the best way to introduce myself without making it sound like an essay.  I hated essays in school.  Maybe that's why I'm having such a hard time with this.  This is pretty much why I mostly stick to just being an artist.  Oh yeah, I'm the new artist for Jinko No, by the way!
There, I'm done with my intro...No, that's no good! What else can I say?

Well, I've liked drawing comics ever since elementary school.  They were mostly stick-figure versions of Transformers and looked pretty awful, but I was the only one in class who'd make little comic strips, so it was cool.  Heh, I'd even make photocopies and sell the pages for a nickel each.  I think I made about $0.75 that semester.  Ah yes, the good old days...

Where was I?  Oh yes, Jonah asked me to help out with Jinko No, Version 2 a couple of days ago.  We've already worked together on the UMAW "Misfit Heroes" project that I'm sure he's mentioned here as well. (I hope!)  After a few chats, we've kicked around some cool ideas for the manga and I hope you guys enjoy what we have in store for the revamped storyline!  The relaunch for JNv2 will be in May, but don't worry...There will be more updates posted soon with
some new surprises, so stay tuned!

Ok, it's late and I have to go to work early tomorrow, so I think that will do for this rant.  That wasn't so bad, it's only...1 AM?!  Wow, that's actually earlier than I thought!  Heheh...Well, I hope you guys like what you see and I'll c ya later!
