As you can tell, I'm now a punk rocker...
Ok, not really. That's just what happens when girls are allowed near my hair with gel. Makes it look like I haven't showered in a week.

I have been playing music quite a bit more lately. I'm trying to teach myself guitar and bass. I'm having a lot of fun. I spent all of Saturday night jamming with some friends and family that play. Good times. I highly recommend it.

I recently discovered one of the coolest CD's I've heard in a long time; "Under the Tray" by Reggie and the Full Effect. It's nice to find bands that aren't afraid to break from the norm and experiment, yet end up sounding good. Most the experimental stuff I've heard just sounds like noise.

I'm pretty psyced I finally get to go see Super Geoffio's band play this weekend. I went to one of their practices awhile back and had a great old time. Should be a good show!

Aponce and I are trying to come up with some ideas about merchandise. If you have any suggestions, we have a thread going in the forums just for that!
We have a few ideas that we're kicking around already but nothing is for sure yet.

Oh, remember how Main Finger made the Theme Song for Jinko No? Well, the new album FACE!! is now available for download as well! The best part is it's free ^_^

Current Obsessions:

Reggie and the Full Effect
They Might Be Giants (permanent obsession)
Ozma
Jedi Outcast (thought I was over this one...)

Whew, almost didn't get this new part done! I had to break this one apart into four pieces and Photoshop em together. Even after retracing the classroom pic and cleaning it up, I still didn't like how it came out but there was no time to redo it. Oh well, it's more important that it's ready in time...

On the bright side, I got to hang out with some old friends I hadn't seen in months! We spent the day at Disneyland and walked throughout the park until we were exhausted. I hadn't been there in years, so it was nice to see some of the new stuff there. I got to see the largest Disney Store I've ever seen (About a full city block in size!) and browsed through the Lego Store as well. I was tired and sore the next day from all the walking, but it was great to get away from it all and catch up with friends.

On the art side, it looks like I'll be back in action over at UMAW this weekend. I really hope that the Misfit Heroes project picks up again this summer. I just need to wrap up some loose ends in the designing portion and everything will be set for the final manga artwork to commence. Now that I think about it, this is the perfect time for this comic's cameo appearance of the Misfit Heroes. Heh, and this wasn't even planned out like that! :D
